A drawing copied after the classical bas-relief known as the Faune Chasseur or the Hunting Faun. A faun with a leopard skin draped over his back is shown in profile seated on a rock under a stone ledge. In his right hand, he holds a dead rabbit up to a small panther at his feet. In the right background, a cloak is draped over a column with a tree in the background.
